I have the right to decline or cancel a commission
characters provided from commissioner must be their own property, I will not work on characters from existing IP
commission results will be sent via Google Drive folder through either email or Twitter DM
completion times will vary depending on my current work schedule, this will be discussed at the time of commission
if a commission is urgent, let me know in your commission request
changes to a commission can be made for free up to a specific point which will be discussed, changes from that point will be an extra charge
credit is required, for vtuber models please credit me in twitter bio / twitch panel, for illustrations please put my @ in social media post / replies

payment currency is GBP
payment is via paypal invoice, you will need to provide me with your paypal email
payment must be confirmed 48 hrs after invoice is sent
I will start working on commission when I have received full payment
payment plans can be discussed for vtuber models if you are not able to pay full cost upfront
full refund will be given if I have not started your commission at point of cancelation or if I am unable to finish due to personal reasons, partial refund will be given if the work has been started but % will be discussed depending on time spent

commissioner will have ownership of art produced with the following conditions:
the product commissioned can not be resold
the commissioner cannot claim the product as their work, credit must be given
the commissioner has the right to publish / upload the product to any website
I have the right to publish/upload the product to any website
(for vtuber) the commissioner has rights to the character and model - I will not claim ownership of either and will not reproduce the model to resell
please do not edit the product without asking. If changes are wanted after commission please DM me and we can discuss
